Terms of Service — Comboo

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Comboo app for Shopify (the "App"), provided by Orbit Lab Co ("we", "us"), a product of Orbit Lab. By installing or using the App, you ("merchant", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Comboo lets Shopify merchants create customizable product kits/bundles with selection rules, pricing (sum of products or fixed price), quantity discounts, a storefront widget, and sales analytics. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and account

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for your store, your content, and complying with Shopify's terms and applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App.
• Resell or sublicense the App without our written permission.
• Remove, hide, or alter the "Powered by Comboo" attribution where it is displayed.

4. Fees

The App is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future; if we do, pricing and billing terms will be presented and processed through Shopify's billing system, and any paid features will require your consent before charges apply.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, design, branding ("Comboo"), and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while these Terms are in effect. You retain ownership of your store data and content.

6. Third-party services

The App runs on Shopify and relies on third-party infrastructure (e.g. database and hosting providers). Your use of Shopify and those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that discounts will always calculate as intended in every store/theme configuration. You are responsible for testing the App in your store.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if the App was free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon uninstall, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Medellín, Colombia.
